Privacy notice

This notice covers bracture.ai and Bracture's Hawaii phone number, operated by Bracture LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company.

The request form asks for your name, email address, the kind of work and a short description. Company and deadline are optional.

The site records when each request arrived and which page it came from. It does not store your IP address with the request.

Bracture uses request-form information only to review the request or inquiry.

Request-form submissions are stored in Bracture's Google Cloud account.

The Hawaii number accepts text messages. If you text it, Bracture receives the message body, your sender address (usually a phone number), the receiving number, the time received, and Twilio's message identifier and routing metadata. Bracture stores that record in its Google Cloud account and reads it when reviewing inquiries. If your message includes media, the Google Cloud record includes the media count; the media itself remains in Twilio for manual review. Bracture does not sell the information, use it for advertising, or use message content to train models.

Bracture replies by text only to people who text the Hawaii number first, and only about their inquiry. Bracture does not send marketing or bulk text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help.

Bracture does not share, sell or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

New requests and text messages are also copied into an email to Bracture's own mailbox so Bracture can read them. They are kept with Bracture's other business email.

Bracture does not sell this information or use it for advertising.

The site uses no analytics and sets no cookies.

Google Cloud keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to operate and protect the site.

Request-form records are kept for 24 months and then deleted from the primary table.

Bracture keeps the Google Cloud text-message record for 24 months and then deletes it from the primary table. Google Cloud logs, Twilio records, carrier records and any media records may have separate retention periods under their respective policies.
